REGULATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reserved and Event:

  • To reserve an event at Kidsville, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.

  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance for the selected package, along with any additional services or upgrades, may be paid up until the day of the event.

  • Applicable sales tax (7%) is charged at the time of booking.

  •  Gratuity for service staff is not included; however, a minimum gratuity of 15% is suggested and may be added at the end of the event.

  • For reserved parties, only cakes and sweets are permitted from outside vendors. Kidsville is not responsible for the storage, handling, refrigeration, quality, or condition of outside food items brought into the facility.

Cancellations:

  • All payments made to Kidsville are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, deposits and payments may be transferred as credit toward another Kidsville service or future event, but will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Kidsville is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or event issues resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, hurricanes, government-mandated closures, power outages, emergencies, or other force majeure events.

  • One date change is permitted at no additional charge if requested at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Date changes requested within less than seven (7) days are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Other regulations:

  • Non-slip socks are required for all guests entering the playground area. If needed, socks are available for purchase at Kidsville.

  • Prices for additional services, add-ons, and upgrades are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes are not included unless otherwise stated.

  • The event host may access the party room up to twenty (20) minutes prior to the scheduled event start time with permitted items. Any additional decorations or setup must be completed by the client or their authorized decorator within the allotted setup time.

  • Guests are permitted to enter the facility only at the scheduled event start time.

  • Unauthorized outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $450 fee.

  • For the use of outside vendors or third-party services, please refer to the Kidsville Vendor Regulations or request prior authorization from management.

  • All authorized vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance and send it to info@kidsvilledoral.com

Accidents and Injuries:

  • Kidsville is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents caused by piñatas, piñata sticks, or related activities. Piñatas may not be filled with confetti, glitter, paper shreddings, or similar materials. Violation of this policy will result in a mandatory cleaning fee of $180.
